To be or not to be ...healthy!


   

Uau! What is happening here? Who is not eating properly?
Any advices? Please, share!

  2. I agree with you, Mariana.
    If we eat many sweets we will get fat.
    We must eat vegatables with every meal. Fruit is also good for us.
    But it is very important to practise a sport.
    The kids on the first pictures are not fat, they are obese.
    They are not healthy.

  3. Ana Filipa, do you watch "the biggest loser" on SICMULHER?
    it is about obese peolpe who get thin and healthy. They exefcise all day and take care of the calories.

  6. hi, I think we must eat healthy food, because if we eat food like fast food, we'll get sick, and that costs a lot in our future. People who are not healthy are going to be obesity and die faster than people that are healthy!

    I agree with all all opinions.Obesity is a "deadly" problem.
    And I have already watched the show that Ana Margarida mentioned.It means that it is hard to change but it is possible.

  8. Nowadays many children are very fat because their parents don't care about food that they eat. Those children eat bad food example chips, cakes, candies, juices, etc. and they don't eat good food such as fruit, vegetables, water...Some children are ashame of their bodies because the other children laugh at therm at them at school.
    You really need to take care with what you eat.

What is happening to these children who are obese is that these children go to eat foods that are unhealthy and fattening, such as chocolates, chewing gum, gum, candy, soft drinks, ketchup, burgers, fries, etc. instead of eating foods that are represented in the circle of food, which are foods that are healthy to give health and strength, such as fruits, milk, bread, meat, fish, water, oil, vegetables, beans, etc. This type of food is what these children should eat and drink daily.

    These children should eat: salad, fruit, cereals, meat and fish, eat without overdoing it. Course of two months have lunch or dinner at McDonalds

  12. These children are too fat or obese because they eat so badly,for example,they eat too often cakes, gum, chocolates, burgers, pizzas, sodas, etc.
    Also sure that these children don´t do physical exercise at least 2 times a week and for me this is a minimum.
    My advice is: do a good diet, eating less and do exercising.

  13. I do not know how people can stay that way. I am 55 kg and now find myself a little bit fat. but how an individual does not notice if you have 200 kg ?????

  15. These children should not eat fattening foods, such as hamburger, gums, chocolates etc.
    These children should eat food that are at the wheel of food that are healthy for them as milk, fish, fruits, grains etc.

    i think obesity is a commom problem today because there are many restaurants selling fast food,my advice is eat healthy food and make physical exercise every days

  17. The images are very clear. If we eat too much candies and fast-food we will get fat.It's not impossible to destroy this problem but just with a good diet and physical exercise we get to our ideal shape.(:

  23. hi teacher the kid and adults need to learn to eat healty food because they only eat mcdonalds and other fast food if they frow heathing that food they whill become uge mass ball
    and thats a problem physique in health therms and beuthy terms

  24. These fotos are incredible but they are true.
    Peole don´t pay enough attention to waht they eat.We need to have a balanced diet just like the text we studied at school told us.
    We need to prepare our future now and so we can´t eat bad food for us.We must practise a sport or, at least, do some exercise. Then we need to eat many vegetables, drink a lot of water and avoid sweets, cakes and foods with too much fat.
    this way we will be healthy.

    Health is really an issue with these obese children.
    I agree with Alexandre Pinto. It is a physical problem not only in health "terms" but also in beauty "terms".
    yes Bruno, fast food is sooooo gooood, but not healthy. So we must balance the quantities we eat.We shouldn´t eat fast food everyday, perhaps oncee a week ???
